We're hiring: System Analyst
Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze consolidated business requirements (from BA) and translate them into technical/system specifications
- Design data flows, system architecture, and logical workflow diagrams to support custom-built or vendor-led systems
- Collaborate with developers and vendors to ensure technical feasibility and completeness of design
- Define and document system interfaces and integration logic (e.g. with Workday, SAP, payroll, SSO systems)
- Support configuration, system mapping, and field logic validation to ensure smooth development
- Validate technical deliverables against business objectives throughout the development cycle
- Prepare system documentation, ER diagrams, and technical user manuals
- Participate in system testing (UAT), bug resolution, and technical support during and after go-live
- Provide input on technical improvements, performance optimization, and data security architecture
- Support project planning by providing technical effort estimates and solution recommendations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 35 years of experience as a System Analyst or Application Analyst (internal systems or enterprise-level projects)
- Proven experience working with BA, Developer, and Vendor teams in project delivery environments
- Strong understanding of database design, system flow, API/integration design, and business logic modeling
- Familiarity with SSO, HRIS platforms, ERP, or interface systems (Workday, SAP, local payroll) is a plus
- Experience with tools such as Draw.io, Lucidchart, Figma, Microsoft Visio, or similar for process mapping
- Basic technical knowledge in SQL, REST APIs, or web development frameworks is preferred
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong in cross-functional coordination
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English
