- Responsible for gathering and analysis requirement.
- Designed and Analysis process of project responsibility.
- Control application development to SDLC and project responsibility.
- Create Document to support project(Functional specification, Operation work flow and User Manual).
- Provide guidance and consultation to user
- Analyze cause and way to resolve user problem that occur in production system
- Continually improve quality and build the effective data structures for the analysis purpose
- Analyze customer insights, producing analyses and ad-hoc data requests and reports to supportsales and marketing initiatives and managements
- Find out way of technology for brand new software development and apply in work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in major of computer sciences, IT or related fields.
- At least 2 yearsexperience in programming using C#, VB.Net and/or Java, MS SQL Server, CrystalReport, SSRS, SSIS etc.
- At least 1 yearsexperience in system analysis and design.
- Have knowledge on ERP/CRM development or implementation would be an advantage
- Strong Decision Making, Proactive and Leadership skill
- Self-motivated, smart working, strong analytical, Fast learner and a self-starter in learning/developing new skill
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Work to the standard of Quality Assurance concept.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the efficiency of time, cost and human factors.
- Excellent in communication and presentation skills
