We are looking for a System Analyst (SA) to support the development and enhancement of Credit Card Collection and Debt Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements from Collection, Recovery, and Call Center teams.
- Design collection systems including DPD, PTP tracking, customer segmentation.
- Translate business requirements into functional/system specifications.
- Design API, batch, and integration with core card, billing, payment, dialer systems.
- Support SIT/UAT, issue analysis, and production support.
- Ensure compliance with PDPA, security and audit requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields.
- 3–5 years experience as System Analyst, preferably in financial services.
Required Skills:
- SDLC / Agile knowledge
- SQL, API, System integration
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
Nice to Have:
- Credit Card or Collection system experience
- Knowledge of DPD, Aging, Roll rate
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication / Problem solving and ownership
