Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, manage assessment process with hiring managers on selected tools, handle end to end recruitment process).
  • Analyze and plan procedures for improving the candidate experience.
  • Monitor all sourcing activities and manage all corporate resources and implement all applicant tracking systems and collaborate with hiring manager.
  • Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices.
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare reports for all recruitment statistics and maintain accuracy in system and document all process and ensure compliance to same.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields
  • 5 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment or HRM Practitioner
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Targeted selection knowledge and behavioral based interview
  • Thai labor law and other that of other countries where our businesses are operated.
  • Able to builds scalable talent acquisition programs and processes, inclusive of sourcing platforms, social media recruitment strategies, interview training and feedback processes.
  • Knowledge in assessment tools and methodology
