Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment and building strong talent pipelines across multiple functions.
You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to identify the right talent while helping strengthen Dr.Pong+s employer brand in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interview processes
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical roles
- Help reduce reliance on recruitment agencies by strengthening direct sourcing capabilities
Employer Branding
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Create recruitment-related content for LinkedIn and social media platforms
- Participate in job fairs, university partnerships, and recruitment events
Recruitment Operations
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and pipeline conversion
- Maintain recruitment data and candidate databases
- Coordinate with HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Experience in Mass Recruitment and Corporate / Head Office (HQ) hiring
- Strong ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and recruitment platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting for Retail / BA (Beauty Advisor), Marketing, eCommerce, or Corporate functions
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment analytics
- Experience working in a high-growth or fast-scaling organization
- Proven ability to build strong candidate pipelines and reduce reliance on recruitment agencies
