Position: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Lower Parel

Working Days: Monday to Saturday.

Office Timings: 10 am to 7 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Handle bulk and niche hiring requirements across various departments.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and hiring metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of hardcore recruitment experience in agency or corporate hiring.
  • Proven track record of handling multiple positions simultaneously and achieving closure targets.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in hiring for Sales, Operations, Technology, Manufacturing, BFSI, or multiple domains.
  • Prior experience in recruitment consulting, staffing, or high-volume hiring environments will be an added advantage.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Positions closed within SLA.
  • Time-to-fill and cost-per-hire metrics.
  • Offer-to-joining ratio.
  • Quality of hire and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Candidate experience and engagement scores.
