Talent Acquisition & Engagement Specialist (Corporate)

Departments: Human Resources

Location: (Prabhadevi) Mumbai

Working Days : 6 days ( Monday - Saturday)

Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition & Engagement Specialist (Corporate) will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities and supporting employee engagement initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on ensuring timely, quality hiring by partnering closely with business stakeholders to attract, assess, select, and onboard the right talent. Additionally, the incumbent will contribute to employer branding, campus hiring, employee engagement programs, and onboarding initiatives to enhance the overall employee and candidate experience while supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy Adherence:

  • Understand manpower needs based on business plans, expansions, and Hiring trends.
  • Adhere to hiring policies and implement region-specific recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidature status in the weekly trackers or HRIS systems.

End-to-end Recruitment Management:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across non-clinical, allied Health and administrative, or key leadership roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, campus tie-ups, social media, employee referrals, and healthcare-specific networks.
  • Conduct screening interviews and schedule panel rounds with respective department heads.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Ensure timely communication and updates to hiring managers, HRBP, and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build strong relationships with external recruitment partners, staffing vendors, and academic institutions.

Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline:

  • Collaborate with the HR Leads to organize local employer branding initiatives such as campus placement and events.
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline for non-critical roles and hard-to-fill positions.

Offer Management & Onboarding Co-ordination:

  • Liaise with compensation teams to roll out competitive and compliant offers.
  • Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure seamless candidate experience from offer release to the joining.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with offered candidates to reduce drop-offs.
