Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role | 3 Months Contract

This role will be responsible for driving recruitment activities, building talent pipelines, partnering with business leaders, and ensuring the successful attraction and selection of top talent. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth through strategic hiring initiatives, talent market insights, and stakeholder partnership during the 3 month contract that maybe extendable or convertible based on potential of candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience

Required Skills

• Experience managing end-to-end hiring across multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement capabilities
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders
• Background within retail, hospitality, consumer, FMCG, or other fast-paced industries is highly preferred
• Familiarity with recruitment systems, sourcing tools, and digital hiring platforms
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Knowledge of Thailand employment market and hiring landscape
