Role Description
- Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment to meet hiring targets across multiple roles and locations.
- Source candidates through diverse channels (online, referrals, events, partners) and build strong pipelines.
- Screen and shortlist candidates efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and pre-employment requirements with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring updates.
- Improve recruitment processes to increase speed, quality, and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in talent sourcing, screening, and full-cycle recruiting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and candidates
- Adaptability, multitasking, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced work environment
- Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
