Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our Bangkok team. We are an international company with offices in Hong Kong and Bangkok.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, engage, and place top-tier candidates across international markets.

- Manage the full recruitment cycle: client briefing, candidate search, interviews, and placements.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

- Specialize in IT or Engineering recruitment (preferred), while remaining open to other industries.

- Collaborate with a global team to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions.

- Drive business development initiatives and expand HirePay's international reach.

Requirements

- Prior recruitment experience is essential (agency background strongly preferred).

- Experience in IT or Engineering recruitment is highly desirable, though other sectors are welcome.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively.

- Strong English and Thai language skills

- Strong preference for candidates currently working at recruitment agencies in Bangkok.
