Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Bangkok, Thailand, dedicated to our 10 offline English school branches. The role owns end-to-end recruitment for all branch positions — Course Consultants, Teachers, and Front Desk staff — and serves as the main link between Head Office and branch teams on people matters.

Recruitment (core focus). You will manage the full hiring cycle for branch roles: building sourcing channels for each location, screening applicants, coordinating interviews with Branch Managers, extending offers, and handing over to onboarding. Teacher recruitment includes both Thai and foreign candidates, so English is used throughout the process — from screening calls to written candidate summaries.

Branch coordination and follow-up. You will collect vacancy requirements from all 10 branches, keep Branch Managers moving through the hiring process, and follow up until every role is closed. You will also visit branches on an assigned schedule to check in with staff, support onboarding and probation reviews, and bring issues back to Head Office before they become resignations.

Reporting and communication. You will maintain the hiring and headcount tracker for all branches, report weekly on vacancy status, and present hiring progress and insights to management — including foreign executives, in English. This role reports to the Head of People and Innovation.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in talent acquisition with full-cycle recruitment ownership; multi-site or branch-based hiring strongly preferred (education, retail, F&B, hospitality, or service chains).
  • Proven ability to fill customer-facing and high-turnover roles at volume without compromising quality of hire.
  • Hands-on sourcing across local and digital channels — job boards, Facebook groups, TikTok, community networks, universities, referrals, and walk-in events.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up discipline: able to manage multiple open requisitions across multiple locations in parallel without losing track.
  • Confident working with non-HR hiring managers — can set a process, explain it clearly, and hold people to it.
  • Comfortable with recruitment data; able to maintain a tracker and produce funnel reports in Excel or Google Sheets, and to work with an ATS.
  • Professional working proficiency in English is required — used daily for teacher recruitment (including foreign applicants), written candidate summaries, and reporting to foreign management. Chinese (Mandarin) is a significant advantage.
  • Fluency in Thai.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Willing and able to travel to branches on an assigned schedule.
