Job Overview

This is a full-time position responsible for managing the entire recruitment process to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience. The role demands exceptional skills in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment among others.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in recruitment with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience.
• Exceptional sourcing skills, including advanced search techniques on various platforms. (Mandatory skill)
• Proficient in conducting interviews and assessing candidate capabilities. (Mandatory skill)
• Strong ability in candidate assessment to determine suitability and fit for specific roles.
• Expertise in talent pipelining to ensure continual availability of top-tier candidates for future needs.
• Experience in employer branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Excellent negotiation skills to manage offers and close positions effectively.

• Facilitate effective negotiation and closing of job offers to ensure candidate acceptance and satisfaction.
