What You'll Be Doing
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from kick-off meetings, interview arrangements to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Sourcing & Pipelining: Utilize creative sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, social media, networking events, referrals) to build a robust and diverse talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles. Provide expert guidance on market trends, interviewing best practices, and hiring decisions.
- Market Insight: Provide valuable insights to stakeholders on local salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitive intelligence.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to optimize and streamline our recruitment processes and contribute to TA projects.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an in-house talent acquisition role or from a reputable agency, preferably within the Financial Services sector.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Thai and English is essential.
- Sourcing Expertise: Proven success using various sourcing techniques and tools (such as LinkedIn Recruiter) to find passive candidates.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. You can articulate our company value proposition with authenticity and enthusiasm.
- Collaborative Spirit: A proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships with hiring managers, team members, and candidates.
- Organizational Skills: Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality.
- Independence & Accountability: Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results within agreed timelines.
