Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven
Talent & Succession Planning Manager to lead our efforts in identifying, developing, and retaining high-potential employees. This role is critical in ensuring the organization has a robust leadership pipeline and a clear roadmap for career growth that aligns with our long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies to enhance organizational capability.
- Talent Identification: Identify high-potential employees and create development plans through systematic talent reviews and assessments.
- Succession Planning: Design and manage succession planning processes to ensure business continuity for critical roles.
- Leadership Programs: Create leadership development programs and oversee individual development plans.
- Career Architecture: Responsible for creating models and managing Career Development frameworks across the organization.
- Workforce Analytics: Analyze workforce data to identify talent gaps and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- Executive Collaboration: Collaborate with executives on long-term talent needs and align talent management with organizational goals.
- Retention Strategies: Develop and execute retention strategies focused on keeping key talent within the organization.
- Cross-functional Support: Provide input and collaborate on the implementation of Culture & Employee Engagement, HR Process Digitalization, Performance Management, or other projects to ensure their success.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Political Science, Social Science, Organization Development (OD), or related fields.
- Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience in HR strategy planning, Succession and Talent management, and Organization Development.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of Career Development and a strong background in planning and execution.
- Analytical Skills: Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex workforce data.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills; must be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Project Management: Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and a strong result orientation.
