We're Hiring: Technical Analyst – Post-Merger Integration (PMI)

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Experience: 10+ years overall | 5+ years as Technical Analyst

Role Summary

We are looking for a senior Technical Analyst to support Post-Merger Integration (PMI) initiatives. This role involves assessing acquired companies technology and process landscapes, mapping them to Cvent systems, and defining the optimal integration strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and document current-state applications, data, APIs, and business processes
• Map acquired systems to Cvent platforms; identify gaps, overlaps, and risks
• Recommend integration approaches (consolidation, federation, phased migration)
• Translate requirements into BRD/FRD, user stories, and cutover plans
• Support data reconciliation, migration validation, and reporting
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and provide executive-level status updates

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Post-Merger Integration (PMI), integrations, or re-platforming
• Ability to analyze unknown technology stacks and define target-state mapping
• Good understanding of SQL, APIs, data models, and access/permission structures
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Lucidchart
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
