Technical Lead

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Build microservices and event-driven architectures for AI-powered applications
• Develop secure and performant RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
• Implement authentication, authorization, rate limiting, and monitoring
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or open-source models
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Design and maintain vector search and semantic retrieval systems
• Develop AI agent orchestration workflows and tool integrations
• Optimize inference latency, throughput, and operational costs
• Design efficient database schemas and data pipelines
• Manage structured and unstructured data used by AI systems
• Implement caching, queueing, and asynchronous processing workflows
• Build observability, logging, and monitoring solutions for AI services

Required Competencies, Knowledge & Skil

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in computer science, Software Engineering, IT, Data Science, or related field.
• Data Science, Machine Learning, or Generative AI certification from recognized platforms.
• 7+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, Go, Java, or similar backend languages.
• Experience designing and building production APIs.
• Strong knowledge of databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases
• Redis or caching systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration: Docker & Kubernetes (preferred)
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and system design.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated testing. Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, and validate backend data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Experience with vector databases: Qdrant & pgvector
• Experience with: LangGraph, LangChain, Model Context Protocol (MCP)
