Participate in Software Development Life Cycle and IT Service Management which is responsible for designing, coding, testing, modifying, and implementing new or existing software products. Duties will include liaising with the development managers, writing clean, scalable code, creating testing protocols, fixing bugs, and deploying programs.
- Technical Solution Design:
- Work with development teams to design technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and align with the company&aposs technical architecture.
- Create detailed documentation, including use cases, process flows, and data models.
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional requirements.
- Project Management:
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project dependencies and risks.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate communication and ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of project goals and requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed of project status.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies that could benefit the organization.
- Provide recommendations for enhancing existing systems and processes
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, computer engineer, computer Science or related field
Experience:
- > 7 years of experience as Developer, Software Engineering or Programmer
- Knowledgeable in Full Stack Developer: Front-End and Back-End (in Java, C#.Net / VB.Net / ASP.Net / NET Core / Java Script / PHP (or other programming languages such as HTML5 / CSS3 are advantage)).
- Experiences on Development Framework such as Angular, Ract JS, Vue JS, Node JS is a plus
- Having knowledge and experience in SQL/Oracle, ProgrestSQL, MongoDB database is an advantage including MS SQL Server and TSQL programming, Office 365, DevExpress or Azure will be a plus
- Capable of DevOps, DevSecOps will be a plus
- Knowledge on Crystal Reports, BI Tools or other reporting tool (be preferable)
