We are looking for a highly capable Technical Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of our digital ecosystem across Mobile App, E-commerce, and LINE Platform. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong product ownership, technical understanding, and commercial thinking to deliver seamless customer experiences and measurable business growth.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Technology, UX/UI, Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, and external partners to drive product initiatives from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization across App, E-commerce, and LINE platforms
- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and technical specifications
- Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from planning to launch and post-launch optimization
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and development teams to ensure timely delivery and quality execution
- Improve digital customer journeys, conversion funnels, checkout flows, and user experience across channels
- Manage integrations with third-party systems such as payment gateways, CRM, subscription services, and APIs
- Monitor product performance using data and analytics, and recommend enhancements based on insights
- Ensure alignment between product initiatives and overall business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields
- 4–7 years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Digital Product roles
- Strong experience managing App, E-commerce, Web Platform, or LINE-based digital products
- Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology and backlog management tools
- Good technical knowledge in system integrations, APIs, and digital platforms
- Strong commercial mindset with understanding of customer journey, conversion, and growth metrics
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good command of English for daily business communication
- Thai nationality only
Preferred Background
- Experience in B2C, subscription business, retail, consumer products, or direct sales environment
- Experience with LINE OA, LINE LIFF, CRM automation, or loyalty platforms
- Experience working with in-house tech teams and external vendors/agencies
