Job Description

Summary:

Serve as the vital technical bridge between our company, our channel partners (distributors & dealers), and the end customers in the INP region.

Mission is to empower the channel through technical excellence, ensuring partners are confident and capable in promoting, selling, and supporting our products.

Translate complex technical information into actionable tools and training, directly contributing to sales growth and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Technical Training & Enablement (Core Focus)

Develop, customize, and deliver technical training programs (online & in-person) for channel partners sales and technical staff.

Create and maintain a repository of easy-to-understand technical collateral: product guides, FAQ documents, competitive comparison sheets, and installation/service videos.

Achieve and maintain a high rate of partner technical staff certification.

2. Pre-Sales & Marketing Support

Provide direct technical support to channel partners during key sales meetings and presentations to end customers.

Develop compelling technical demonstrations and case studies that partners can use in their marketing and sales activities.

Support regional marketing events (e.g., trade shows, product launches) by managing technical demonstrations and answering in-depth inquiries.

3. Post-Sales & Escalation Support

Analyze field failure data from the channel to identify trends and feed insights back to product and quality teams for continuous improvement.

Guide partners on proper troubleshooting procedures and warranty claims processes.

4.Feedback Loop & Solution Development

Serve as the ears on the ground, systematically collecting technical and product feedback from channel partners and end-users.

Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to communicate market-specific technical requirements and opportunities for product adaptation or new solution development.

Qualifications & Skills:

1.Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or related field).

Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in the solar/inverter/energy storage industry.

Proven experience in a customer-facing or channel-facing technical role is essential (e.g., Technical Sales Support, Field Application Engineer, Trainer).

Experience working in or supporting the Southeast Asian market is highly preferred. Understanding of diverse market regulations and installation practices is a plus.

2. Technical & Functional Skills

Deep product knowledge: In-depth understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and related components. Energy storage (ESS) knowledge is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication & training skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences (partners, customers).

Problem-solving & analytical skills: Strong ability to diagnose technical issues and develop practical solutions.

Proficient in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in a Southeast Asian language (e.g., Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia) is a significant advantage.

3. Personal Attributes

Strong interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with partners and internal teams.

Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.

Willingness to travel within the INP region.

Language:

Full professional proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in a Southeast Asian language (e.g., Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia) is a strong advantage.
