Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Proactively learning about products and technology from the headquarter, understanding end customers requirements, and being capable of conducting comparisons and effectively approaching customers to provide value-added solutions.

2. Participate in exhibitions and conduct technical presentations for customers and distributors.

3. Participate in technical evaluations, use data to provide convincing reports, and possess strong skills in PPT presentations.

4. Provide consultation services to customers and distributors regarding programming and operation of all MagicRay inspection products (AOI, SPI, AXI, Mini LED, SEMI, Conformal Coating, and iFactory Solutions), either remotely through TeamViewer or on-site.

5. Troubleshoot and repair equipment, utilize personal knowledge and experience to resolve problems.

6. Write detailed reports of encountered problems, performed tests, and complete work.

7. Actively listen, understand and convey customer requirements, and implement any necessary corrective actions.

8. Provide feedback and collaborate with the internal team on quality and design-related issues.

9. Improve on customer support plans and build strong customer relationships.

10. Ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Higher Diploma (Por Wor Sor) / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/ Electromechanical, Electrical/ Electronic, Industrial) or equivalent.

2. Well oral expression with self-driven motivation.

3. Pleasant personality with the customer-oriented mindset.

4. Strong command of Thai and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

5. Good team player and multitasking capabilities.

6. Possess own transport & willing to travel domestically and internationally > 80% of the time to support customers.
