Job Description:

Direct Responsibilities

• Should have minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in selenium test automation with any programming languages (Java/Python).
• Should be able to support design and maintenance of automation test framework
• Should be able to support automation test design, maintenance, execution, and analysis of test report.
• Document Test results and follow-up with development team for resolving issues.
• Should be able to perform all testing related activities in the project.
• Should be able to drive new initiatives in test automation.
• Should have knowledge in any test management tools (ALM/JIRA/TFS).
• Should have knowledge in any GIT repositories for source code management.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines.
• Must have good analytical skills.
• Good to have test automation skills in API or Mobile.

• Communication with Onshore
• Providing regular status update to team lead and onshore during daily calls
• Highlighting issues
• Maintain quality of deliverable
• Teamwork
• Quick resolution to any automation testing related issues

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Primary Skills:

• Should have good hands-on experience in Selenium with any programming language (MUST TO HAVE)
• Should have good communication skills
• Should have good knowledge in Test Management Tools HP ALM, JIRA and TFS
• NICE to have experience in areas of API or Mobile Test Automation
