I. Your Role at HAPAS1. Market Expansion & Business Growth
- Execute business and marketing strategies to increase HAPAS market share in Thailand.
- Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and monitor competitors to optimize sales & marketing plans.
- Focus on developing sales channels through leading e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
2. Building HAPAS Brand in Thailand
- Oversee and execute brand-building initiatives for HAPAS in the Thai market.
- Implement key digital transformation projects to enable fast, data-driven decision-making and optimization.
- Organize marketing activities in Thailand: digital marketing, KOL/influencer partnerships, PR, events.
3. Leadership
- Build and manage a high-performance sales and marketing team.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure a productive, cohesive, and motivated team environment.
II. The Ideal HAPAS-er- Bachelors degree or higher.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing within FMCG, fashion, cosmetics, e-commerce, or finance.
- At least 3 years as Sales Director/Marketing Director for e-commerce with proven success in expanding into Southeast Asian markets, especially Thailand.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, fashion trends, and shopping habits in Thailand/Southeast Asia.
- Knowledge of fundamental legal and regulatory frameworks for commerce and operations in Thailand.
Professional Competencies
- Strong ability to execute business & marketing strategies with a focus on brand building and market penetration.
- Expertise in online marketing, brand management, and sales channel development.
- Experience working with physical products.
- Proven track record with major Thai e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, JD Central).
