Sourcing & Product Selection

• Identify and source flooring and decorative materials (tile, wood, stone, etc.) that meet company standards for quality, cost, and design trends.

• Evaluate new suppliers and products based on durability, pricing, availability, and customer demand.

• Stay updated on market trends, materials innovation, and competitor offerings to ensure a strong product assortment.

Order & Inventory Management

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage product orders, stock levels, and replenishment.

• Troubleshoot issues related to orders, deliveries, or product discrepancies by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

• Ensure accurate product information,and availability across systems.

Supplier & Store Coordination

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and reliable supply.

• Work closely with QA/QC teams to ensure product quality standards and compliance.
