Job Description

Dear candidates, Proficient in video editing with a strong creative sense, including experience producing engaging content for BL/GL genres; able to deliver high-quality edits tailored for diverse audiences (Chinese-markets), with a keen eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual impact.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume editing workloads, maintain organized file structures, and consistently meet publishing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Edit and refine TikTok short-form videos from raw footage, ensuring strong narrative flow, pacing, subtitles, effects, and platform-aligned visual style
  • Leverage TikTok trends, audience insights, and platform guidelines to create engaging, high-retention, and shareable video content across multiple accounts
  • Collaborate closely with content planners and account operators to interpret creative briefs and deliver consistent, high-quality outputs that align with campaign objectives
  • Review performance metrics and audience feedback to iterate and improve video formats, ensuring continued creative relevance and alignment with evolving TikTok policies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience editing TikTok or short-form video content, supported by a portfolio showcasing strong storytelling and platform-fit execution
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, trend-responsive edits at scale across multiple accounts or brands while maintaining creative accuracy and speed
  • Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and/or comparable editing software, with strong skills in subtitles, transitions, effects, and localization
  • Solid understanding of TikTok content trends, editing styles, viewer behavior, and policy requirements, with an ability to adjust tone and approach based on audience insights
  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to interpret briefs and manage workflows independently amid rapid iteration and short turnaround times
  • Familiarity or interest in iQIYI content categories, including Chinese dramas, Thai BL/GL, or broader Asian entertainment, is strongly preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple editing tasks, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
