Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and hands-on TikTok Shop & Live Commerce Specialist to support the growth of RAVIPA's social commerce channel. This role is responsible for driving sales performance (GMV) through the effective execution of affiliate marketing, live streaming operations, and TikTok advertising.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of TikTok content and is capable of managing both strategy and execution within TikTok Seller Center and Ads Manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Affiliate & Creator Management
- Identify, recruit, and manage TikTok affiliates, creators, and KOCs
- Develop commission structures and incentive programs to drive consistent sales
- Provide clear content briefs to ensure alignment with brand identity and conversion goals
2. Live Commerce Operations
- Plan and execute live streaming activities, including product selection, pricing, and promotional mechanics
- Monitor live performance and optimize engagement and conversion in real time
- Coordinate with hosts to ensure effective product presentation and sales techniques
3. TikTok Ads Execution
- Manage and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns (e.g., Video Shopping Ads, Live Shopping Ads)
- Allocate and control budgets to achieve target ROAS, CPA, and customer acquisition goals
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and audience targeting
4. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track key performance metrics including GMV, conversion rate, and ROI
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in TikTok Shop, social commerce, or relevant e-commerce roles
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Seller Center and TikTok Ads Manager
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Good understanding of TikTok content trends and consumer behavior
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
