Job Responsibilities

1. Customer relationship management

2. Early involvement from NPI stage

3. Ensuring daily operation activities go smoothly

3.1. Customer demand trend & fulfillment

3.2. Outsource material planning and scheduling

3.3. Inventory management

3.4. Supplier billing and customer AR collection

4. Risk management and complaints solving

5. Collect Market Intelligent.

6. Cross-function coordination and discussion

Job Requirements

1. 5+ years in management role

3+ years in operation / customer service position

2. Focusing on monitoring daily operations with hands-on spirit.

3. Be able to identify and resolve irregularity and implement prevention plan.

4. Excellent communication skills to clearly deliver goals to team member and report progress to senior leadership

5. English proficiency: TOEIC 780 or equivalent.

6. Bachelor's degree and major in Business Management, International Trade, or Supply Chain Management.
