Job Requirements
1. 5+ years in management role
3+ years in operation / customer service position
2. Focusing on monitoring daily operations with hands-on spirit.
3. Be able to identify and resolve irregularity and implement prevention plan.
4. Excellent communication skills to clearly deliver goals to team member and report progress to senior leadership
5. English proficiency: TOEIC 780 or equivalent.
6. Bachelor's degree and major in Business Management, International Trade, or Supply Chain Management.
