About the Role
AIVISION is seeking an experienced and results-driven Trade Marketing Manager to join our team in Bangkok. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies that drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and improve product sell-through across all retail channels and distribution partners in the Thai market. You will be the bridge between brand strategy and sales execution, ensuring AIVISION's products are positioned optimally to meet business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesTrade Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual and quarterly trade marketing plans tailored for the Bangkok/Thai market, aligning with AIVISION's overall sales and marketing objectives.
- Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI across all channel activities.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify channel-specific needs, sales targets, and opportunities for growth.
Channel & Point-of-Sale (POS) Execution
- Design, develop, and deploy effective Point-of-Sale (POS) materials, displays, merchandising guidelines, and in-store promotions to maximize product visibility and consumer engagement.
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches and promotional campaigns within trade channels (e.g., retailers, distributors, e-commerce platforms).
- Ensure brand consistency and effective communication of AIVISION's value proposition across all touchpoints in the trade environment.
Partner & Distributor Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key retailers, distributors, and channel partners to secure optimal shelf space and visibility.
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and trade packs to partners, outlining campaign performance, future plans, and required support.
- Negotiate and manage co-marketing activities and agreements with key trade partners.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness and ROI of all trade marketing activities and promotions.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis in Bangkok/Thailand to gather insights on trade trends, competitor activities, and channel best practices.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing future trade marketing strategies.
RequirementsEssential Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Sales-related roles, preferably within the Consumer Electronics, AI, or Technology sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing programs that drive tangible sales growth.
- Deep understanding of the Thai retail landscape, distribution channels, and consumer purchasing behavior in Bangkok/Thailand.
- Excellent English and Thai proficiency (both written and verbal communication) is essential for partner management and internal collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market research to derive actionable insights.
