Treasury Operator, your primary responsibility is to oversee the company's financial activity, including managing and monitoring cash flow, assessing financial risk, and ensuring that customers deposits and withdrawals are processed smoothly and efficiently
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and process deposit and withdrawal transactions for fiat and cryptocurrency accurately
- Investigate and resolve cases of any issues that arise escalated by the Customer Support team
- Oversee daily crypto management operations including transfer of funds and wire transactions.
- Execute and manage all cryptocurrency transactions and positions.
- Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Comply with financial regulations and standards in the cryptocurrency sector.
- Working shift-based including night shift as assigned.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of working experience (New Grad welcome)
- Having experience in treasury, finance, or a related field, preferably within a cryptocurrency or fintech company.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and related financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Trustworthy, highly responsible and accountable
- Good English communication both written and spoken.
