UI UX Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The role involves conducting user research, designing wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams, and delivering accessible, high-quality design solutions that align with business and user needs.

Mandatory Skill Set

• Minimum 5 years of UX/UI or Product Design experience with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in Figma and other UX/UI design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro)
• Strong knowledge of user-centred design (UCD), design thinking, usability testing, and user research
• Experience creating user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with Product Owners, developers, and QA
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skill Set

• Experience designing enterprise, B2B, SaaS, or digital platform products, knowledge of accessibility standards, responsive and interaction design, familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and the ability to facilitate design workshops while balancing user needs with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design user journeys, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research and usability testing, and translate insights into effective design solutions
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
• Apply user-centred design principles from discovery through implementation and launch
• Present and communicate design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders
• Contribute to design systems, UX best practices, and continuous improvement of digital products.
