Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter / Sr. US IT Recruiter to join our fast‑paced and dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have deep hands‑on experience in the US Staffing Industry, a thorough understanding of technical roles, and the ability to independently manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for clients across the United States.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter in the US Staffing Industry.
• Strong understanding of US Tax Terms: W2, C2C, 1099.
• Solid knowledge of US Visa Types: H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.
• Prior experience working with system integrator (SI) clients like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant, etc.
