Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for US-based clients.
• Work on W2, C2C, and Full-time requirements.
• Utilize job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and Indeed to source candidates.
• Conduct initial technical and behavioral screening of candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and consultants.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Strong experience with W2, C2C, and Full-time hiring.
• Hands-on experience using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Good understanding of US tax terms, visa types, and employment classifications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for State, Federal, or Direct Client requirements is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
