Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to UX Design work: wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and interaction design for complex digital products.
  • Conduct UX Research activities such as usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and data synthesis to ensure research insights drive design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the UI Lead, UI Design, and Design System team to ensure design consistency and scalability across products.
  • Define and maintain UX and UX Writing standards (Tone of Voice, Content Style Guide, Microcopy Guidelines).
  • Drive sprint planning and prioritize UX tasks within workflows.
  • Partner with Product, Business, and Technology teams to translate strategy into actionable digital experiences.
  • Analyze complex user problems and transform research insights into design solutions.
  • Coach and mentor team members, review outputs, and drive skill development within the UX function.
  • Oversee projects serving 1,000,000+ users, ensuring scalability, usability, and consistency across platforms (Both of Mobile Applications and Websites).
  • Measure and report UX impact through KPIs/metrics (e.g., conversion rate, task success, CSAT, NPS) to stakeholders and executives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Product, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of professional UXUI or Digital Product experience.
  • Experience in a leadership or managerial role will be considered a strong plus
  • Strong background in Finance, Banking, or Corporate environments is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering digital applications or platforms with 100,000+ users.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of UX Design, UX Research, and UX Writing (Microcopy, Content Design).
  • Strong leadership skills: team coaching, performance management, and guideline creation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a business and user-centered mindset, able to handle ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and deliver under pressure
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the executive level
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process: from research and insights to design, content, and delivery.
