Job descriptions:
Utility System Management
- Operate and maintain utility systems (boilers, air compressors, chillers, cooling towers)
- Ensure continuous supply of electricity, water, steam, and compressed air for production lines
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns to minimize downtime
Energy & Cost Efficiency
- Monitor energy consumption (electricity, gas, water)
- Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives
Facility Management
- Maintain building systems (lighting, HVAC, fire protection systems)
- Ensure factory infrastructure is safe and compliant
Safety & Compliance
- Follow safety standards and environmental regulations
- Support audits (ISO, GMP, food safety standards)
Support Production
- Work closely with production and engineering teams
- Ensure utilities meet required pressure, temperature, and quality specs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields
- Basic knowledge of utility systems such as: Boilers and steam systems, Air compressors, Chillers and cooling towers, HVAC systems
- Understanding of preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting
- Ability to read engineering drawings / P&ID diagrams
- Familiarity with PLC or automation systems (basic level is a plus)
