UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

• We are currently looking for a UX/UI designer to join our digital team. Were looking for someone who is passionate about creating effective, intuitive and beautiful experiences.
• The UX/UI Web designer will work with clients, Project Managers and technology teams to conceptualize and design our website, mobile site and eCommerce solutions we create across a range of industries.

Position Responsibilities

• Understand user & client needs and work both independently and with our team of UX and UI designers to develop concepts and solutions.
• Create prototypes and animation examples to fully explain experiences
• Present wireframes, flows, design concepts and solutions
• Partner with our project managers, developers, and the members of the creative team to create consistency in the user experience on the platforms we create.
• Work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Highly developed design skills, demonstrated in your portfolio of recent work
• Solid understanding of designing for functionality, navigation, interactions, and interfaces
• Experience in developing design systems.
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Strong communication skills (in English), excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Figma
• A team player who enjoys a collaborative environment. Youre flexible and open-minded
• Understanding of what is feasible with HTML/CSS/JS.
• eCommerce experience is an advantage
• Experience with digital agency environment is an advantage
• Fluency in English is a must.
