Act as the lead expert on data center systems, technologies, and international standards.
Lead projects as the Owner's Representative, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Manage project budgets, technical proposals, and execution schedules; provide technical leadership during bidding and negotiations.
Proactively identify and manage technical, commercial, and delivery risks across design, construction, and commissioning.
Validate all technical designs, shop drawings, and contractor submissions.
Liaise with partners, internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
Oversee critical physical infrastructure during the commissioning phase without impacting stakeholders.
Development
Lead the growth of data center projects in Thailand and establish foundational strategies for the ecosystem.
Stay updated on market dynamics, regulations, and industry trends in target areas.
Conduct in-depth research and financial feasibility analysis for project expansions.
Drive the progress of investment projects and participate in business negotiations.
Maintain strong relations with government entities, corporate partners, and industry stakeholders.
Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum 12 years in data centers or complex technical infrastructure (Hyperscale or Colocation experience is a plus).
Strong understanding of data center design, construction, and operations (power, cooling, IT infrastructure). Familiarity with sustainability and emerging tech trends (AI/ML)
Proven ability to win new work, grow accounts, and deliver profitable projects.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (Thai language proficiency is an asset).
