Job Description

  • Growing Non-Food business portfolio via brand acquisition / franchising / distribution / licensing, or M&A of new brands.
  • Maintaining market intelligence on global / local retail trends to identify new trends, growth segments and to facilitate brands identification.
  • Identifying and effectively pursuing new brands aligned with company strategy
  • Following up with brand principals on commercial and contractual terms and negotiate terms in line with Company expectations.
  • Preparing and reviewing new projects financial feasibilities to ensure viability.
  • Building effective network and relationships across Central Group Business Units and external parties including potential principals.
  • Maintaining and updating a list of potential new brands and target companies to pursue for all markets we operate or plan to operate in.
  • Coordinating across all stakeholders on all new brand projects and conducting presentations to management for their approval.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development, Brand Portfolio Management, or Commercial Management within Retail, Consumer Products, or related industries.
  • Strong expertise in feasibility analysis, P&L management, contract management, and commercial negotiation.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with strong stakeholder management across internal and external partners.
  • Possesses a professional mindset, positive attitude, strong ownership, and results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both English and Thai (spoken and written).
