Growing Non-Food business portfolio via brand acquisition / franchising / distribution / licensing, or M&A of new brands.
Maintaining market intelligence on global / local retail trends to identify new trends, growth segments and to facilitate brands identification.
Identifying and effectively pursuing new brands aligned with company strategy
Following up with brand principals on commercial and contractual terms and negotiate terms in line with Company expectations.
Preparing and reviewing new projects financial feasibilities to ensure viability.
Building effective network and relationships across Central Group Business Units and external parties including potential principals.
Maintaining and updating a list of potential new brands and target companies to pursue for all markets we operate or plan to operate in.
Coordinating across all stakeholders on all new brand projects and conducting presentations to management for their approval.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development, Brand Portfolio Management, or Commercial Management within Retail, Consumer Products, or related industries.
Strong expertise in feasibility analysis, P&L management, contract management, and commercial negotiation.
Demonstrated leadership capability with strong stakeholder management across internal and external partners.
Possesses a professional mindset, positive attitude, strong ownership, and results-driven approach.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both English and Thai (spoken and written).
