Growing Central Brands & Specialty (CBS or Non-Food business) brand portfolio via brand acquisition / franchising / distribution / licensing, or M&A of new brands.
Maintaining market intelligence on global / local retail trends to identify new trends, growth segments and to facilitate brands identification.
Identifying and effectively pursuing new brands aligned with company strategy
Following up with brand principals on commercial and contractual terms and negotiate terms in line with CBS expectations.
Preparing and reviewing new projects financial feasibilities to ensure viability.
Building effective network and relationships across Central Group Business Units (CDS, CPN etc) and external parties including potential principals.
Maintaining and updating a list of potential new brands and target companies for CBS to pursue for all markets we operate or plan to operate in.
Coordinating across all stakeholders on all new brand projects and conducting presentations to management for their approval.
