Key Responsibilities:
Before card launch:
- Design and implement applications, journey and workflow together with related parties to create seamless experience for the customer and enable users in both sales and operation support to work more efficiently.
- Design and implement sales incentive programs that motivate sales team, branch staff to drive performance.
- Design monitoring and analysis report which relates to card acquisition performance for head office to control the overall performance and for sales team to manage and improve the sales performance.
- Prepare go-to-market activities, product training, sales technique training, sales materials and campaigns to align with company direction for both image and budget.
- Gathering market information, competitors analysis and internal information to plan strategic areas and recruit qualified sales team to achieve company target.
After card launch:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute the end-to-end acquisition strategy for credit cards across all channels (digital, direct sales, branch, partnerships and outsource).
- Define annual acquisition targets and channel mix to achieve business goals.
- Conduct market intelligence to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning.
Channel Management
- Optimize performance across digital channels (paid media, SEO, social, influencer, affiliate marketing).
- Manage direct sales team, tele-sales, and in-branch acquisition efforts.
- Establish co-branded partnerships and cross-sell initiatives with internal and external partners
Product & Offer Development
- Work closely with product teams to create compelling credit card offers.
- Use segmentation and targeting to personalize campaigns and offers for different customer profiles.
- Manage overall card acquisition activities, budget and expenses from channel planning and sales team to make sure that the result will be achieved the target for both card performance and cost per card.
- Analysis channel performance and develop execution plans such as direct sales activities, booths activities, events, seminars etc. to reach target customers and can achieve the result.
- Develop and manage relationships with key acquisition partners, such as retailers, merchants, branch channel and others financial institutions.
- Manage monitor and control report with analysis performance, plan, and action plan for Management, sales team and related parties including staff performance, area performance, activity performance, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, customer lifetime.
- Manage an acquisition campaign, an activation campaign and communication plan to communicate key messages to target customers to support the sales team to reach the sales target.
Qualifications:
- At least a bachelor's degree, marketing or related field is a plus.
- 10+ years (with at least 3 - 5 years in credit card customer acquisition)
- Direct knowledge in managing cards issuing business would be advantaged.
- Strong knowledge of sales planning, product marketing, people development, data analysis and performance tracking.
- Good presentation, interpersonal and ability to work independently and self-started.
- Good English communication skills for business communication for both of verbal and written.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
