Role Overview
We are seeking for Financial Information Management to strengthen and evolve the Bank's financial and regulatory systems. The role partners closely with Finance, Risk, and Technology to ensure system stability, data integrity, and regulatory readiness, while delivering strategic finance change initiatives.
This position balances operational excellence with practical innovationand is ideal for candidates who enjoy improving critical platformswhile working closely with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence
Take end to end ownership of a primary regulatory or financial platform, with responsibility for a limited number of closely related systems,ensuring stability, accuracy, and resilience.
Maintain data integrity and controls across regulatory reporting, risk weighted assets/regulatory capital, accounting, financial reporting, and performance management domains.
Lead incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and remediation, with a focus on reducing recurring issues and improving KPIs.
Establish and maintain clear documentation, data lineage, runbooks, and backup coverageto ensure continuity and operational resilience.
Oversee UAT, change management, and productionreleases in collaboration with Technology (SDLC, environments, access).
Strategic Change & Innovation
Contribute to the strategic roadmap for financial systemsin partnership with Group stakeholders.
Lead impact assessment and delivery support for finance change initiatives, including regulatory and business driven changes.
Translate business and regulatory needs into clear BRDs/FRDsand practical solution designs.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve automation, and enhance reporting efficiency.
Act as a key point of contact for audit, regulatory, and senior stakeholder discussionsrelated to assigned systems.
Promote structured ways of working that support knowledge sharing, cross training, and sustainable operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems,or related field (Master's/professional certification is a plus).
712 yearsof experience in financial systems, regulatory reporting, or finance/risk technology within a bank or financial institution.
Strong understanding of regulatory reporting, regulatory capital/RWA, financial accounting, and financial reporting.
Experience supporting or delivering Basel II/III or Basel 4 initiatives(impact assessment, delivery, or testing) is highly preferred.
Proven experience in business analysis and delivery: requirements, process mapping, functional/technical specs, testing/UAT.
Solid data capability: SQL, data analysis, data modelling; familiarity with ETL/ELT pipelines and SDLC tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence, version control).
Strong communication skills in English and Thai, able to work effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
