VP, Global Product Compliance - Payments Fintech

A leading global cross-border payments platform is hiring a VP, Product/Commercial Compliance to partner with its commercial organisation and help shape the next phase of its global growth.

This is a highly strategic, advisory-focused role sitting at the intersection of compliance, product, and commercial. Rather than overseeing day-to-day compliance operations, you will act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Product, and Business teams, helping structure complex cross-border payment solutions, assess new market opportunities, and ensure the business can scale compliantly across multiple jurisdictions.

The role will also own the global commercial compliance strategy across key growth verticals including financial institutions, marketplaces and platforms, and digital assets. This is a genuinely global position, partnering with stakeholders across Asia, Europe, North America, and the UK to support market expansion, new product launches, and evolving regulatory requirements.

We're looking for candidates with 15+ years of regulatory or compliance experience within cross-border payments, fintech, or financial services, with deep expertise across global regulatory frameworks and a strong understanding of how compliance enables commercial growth. Experience advising on complex, cross-border payment solutions, engaging with regulators such as MAS and other global authorities, and designing scalable compliance frameworks is essential.
