Job Description
- Business Partnering
- Partner with business heads to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
- Provide insights on revenue performance, portfolio trends, margins, cost optimization, and capital allocation.
- Support new product launches, business initiatives, and pricing proposals with financial models and commercial assessment.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, target‑setting, and long‑term planning for the assigned business.
- Analyze performance vs. plan, identify drivers, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Maintain financial dashboards and KPIs for senior management.
- Performance Management
- Monitor business line P&L, performance, cost efficiency and RoRWA metrics.
- Drive monthly and quarterly business review packs, commentary, and variance explanations.
- Identify early warning signals and highlight risks/opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or CFA/CPA is a plus).
- 6–10 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, management reporting, or commercial analytics within banking or financial services.
