Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and reconciliation with the system.
Maintain clear product categorization and efficient storage layout for jewelry, watches, packaging, and marketing materials.
Work closely with the Inventory & QC Manager to manage inbound and outbound shipments.
Develop and update warehouse SOPs to improve efficiency and minimize errors.
2. Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination
Oversee timely and accurate order processing for retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.
Ensure all customer orders are packed to YVIS standards — clean, accurate, and visually aligned with the brand's premium image.
Coordinate with logistics partners for domestic and international shipments.
Manage documentation for delivery, returns, and exchanges.
3. System & Data Development
Help implement a digital warehouse management and tracking system to streamline operations.
Coordinate with external developers to improve the ERP system and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
Recommend technology and process improvements for labeling, scanning, and stock traceability.
Research and propose ready-to-use tools or systems to improve warehouse workflow and efficiency.
4. Team Management & Training
Supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor individual performance.
Conduct training sessions on inventory control, product handling, and safety protocols.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment that reflects YVIS standards.
Motivate and guide team members to achieve accuracy, speed, and productivity goals.
Recruit and onboard new warehouse staff as the company scales and expands operations.
5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Prepare regular reports on stock accuracy, fulfillment rates, and warehouse KPIs.
Identify bottlenecks and propose practical, system-based solutions to improve turnaround time.
Support business scalability by planning for future space, staffing, and storage requirements.
Work with management to ensure warehouse capacity and performance grow in line with company expansion.
