Summary

Job Description

Manages and grows relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) clients within the UOB Wealth Banking (WB) segment, providing comprehensive financial solutions and ensuring client satisfaction and portfolio growth.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively acquire, develop, and retain HNW clients for the Wealth Banking segment.
  • Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and recommend suitable investment products, insurance, and other banking services to meet client objectives.
  • Develop and implement personalized wealth management strategies for clients, including portfolio review and rebalancing.
  • Monitor market trends and economic conditions to provide informed advice and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, compliance regulations, and external legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with product specialists, investment advisors, and other internal stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to assets under management (AUM), revenue, and client acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and prepare regular reports on client portfolios and performance.
  • Provide exceptional client service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management within the financial services industry, specifically with HNW clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, wealth management solutions, and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Possession of relevant professional certifications (e.g., Single License, Investment Consultant License) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
