Job Description
Job Summary**
Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients within a UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited branch, focusing on relationship building, wealth management solutions, and achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new high-net-worth clients and deepen relationships with existing ones.
- Provide comprehensive financial advice and solutions, including investment products, insurance, and other wealth management services, tailored to client needs and risk profiles.
- Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios, providing updates, recommendations, and ensuring alignment with their financial goals.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling UOB products and services, collaborating with specialists as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present financial proposals and reports to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Actively participate in branch initiatives and contribute to the overall sales and service objectives of the branch.
- Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and adhere to data privacy guidelines.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, relationship management, or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry, specifically dealing with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment vehicles, and wealth management strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a strong sales acumen and track record of achieving targets.
- Possession of relevant financial licenses/certifications (e.g., Single License, Investment Consultant License) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Thai and English (both written and spoken) is required.
