WB Branch Relationship Manager

Job Summary:**
The Branch Relationship Manager (WB) at UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth individual clients, providing comprehensive financial solutions, and ensuring excellent client service within the branch network.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
- Proactively identify and acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and direct outreach to expand the wealth management client base.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients, assessing their risk appetite, investment goals, and other financial requirements.
- Provide expert advice and recommend suitable wealth management products and services, including investments, insurance, deposits, loans, and other financial solutions offered by UOB.
- Monitor client portfolios regularly, review performance, and provide timely updates and recommendations to align with market conditions and client objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in all client dealings and transactions.
- Collaborate with product specialists, investment advisors, and other internal stakeholders to deliver holistic and integrated financial solutions to clients.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Actively participate in branch initiatives, sales campaigns, and training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client portfolio performance, sales activities, and market trends to management.
Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, relationship management, or financial advisory roles, preferably within a banking environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing a client portfolio of high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong understanding of wealth management products, investment instruments, insurance, and other financial services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with affluent clients.
- Possession of relevant financial licenses and certifications (e.g., Investment Planner, Insurance Agent) as required by Thai regulations.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in both Thai and English (written and spoken) is highly preferred.
