Job Summary

The WB Branch Relationship Manager at UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth individual clients within a branch setting. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying their financial needs, and providing comprehensive wealth management solutions to achieve their financial goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial objectives, risk appetite, and investment horizons.
  • Proactively identify and cultivate new client acquisition opportunities through referrals, networking, and direct outreach within the branch's catchment area.
  • Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis for clients, offering a wide range of wealth management products and services including investments, insurance, deposits, and loans, tailored to their individual requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for various wealth management products and services, contributing to the branch's overall revenue and profitability.
  • Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to UOB's internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal specialists (e.g., investment advisors, product specialists) to deliver integrated financial solutions to clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving client inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Participate in branch initiatives and promotional activities to enhance UOB's brand presence and attract new clients.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, relationship management, or a similar client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry, preferably with a focus on affluent clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of a broad range of wealth management products and services, including investment funds, insurance, and deposit products.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Relevant licenses or certifications (e.g., investment licenses) as required by local regulations are highly advantageous.
  • Fluency in Thai and English (both written and spoken) is required.
