Job Summary
The WB Branch Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring, deepening, and managing relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) and affluent clients within a designated UOB branch, delivering exceptional financial advice and solutions to meet their wealth management needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and acquire new HNW and affluent clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and direct outreach, to expand the bank's client base.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients by understanding their financial goals, risk profiles, and investment objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and provide tailored wealth management solutions, including investment products (e.g., unit trusts, bonds, structured products), insurance, and deposit products.
- Monitor client portfolios regularly, provide timely market insights, and recommend adjustments to align with changing market conditions and client objectives.
- Achieve individual and branch sales targets for various wealth management products and services.
- Collaborate effectively with product specialists, operations teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client service and product delivery.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards in all client interactions and transactions.
- Participate in client events and seminars to enhance brand visibility and deepen client engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, preferably with exposure to HNW clients.
- Possession of relevant licenses and certifications (e.g., Investment Consultant license, Insurance Agent license) as required by the Bank of Thailand.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment instruments, and wealth management strategies.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
