Job Description
Job Summary**
Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth individual clients within UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited, providing comprehensive wealth management solutions and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
Job Responsibilities**
- Acquire and onboard new high-net-worth clients, expanding the existing client base.
- Develop and implement tailored financial strategies for clients, covering investment, insurance, lending, and other wealth management products and services.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide proactive advice to clients based on market conditions, their financial goals, and risk appetite.
- Identify and anticipate client needs, cross-selling relevant banking products and services to deepen client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with product specialists, investment advisors, and other internal departments to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic outlooks, and new product offerings to effectively advise clients.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a similar client-facing role with high-net-worth individuals.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, foreign exchange, and lending.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, economic principles, and wealth planning strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Holder of relevant financial licenses/certifications as required by Thai regulations (e.g., Investment Consultant License).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
