Job Description
Job Summary**
Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth individual clients within UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited, providing comprehensive wealth management solutions and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of UOB's high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals, risk appetites, and investment objectives.
- Proactively identify and assess client needs, offering tailored wealth management solutions including investment products (e.g., unit trusts, bonds, structured products), insurance, foreign exchange, and lending facilities.
- Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios, providing market insights, performance updates, and recommending adjustments to align with changing market conditions and client circumstances.
- Acquire new high-net-worth clients through active prospecting, referrals, and networking activities, expanding the bank's wealth management client base.
- Collaborate with product specialists, investment advisors, and other internal stakeholders to deliver holistic and integrated financial solutions to clients.
- Ensure all client activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards, maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and new product offerings to provide relevant and competitive advice to clients.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets, revenue goals, and client acquisition objectives.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a similar client-facing role within the financial services industry, preferably with high-net-worth clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a portfolio of affluent clients.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products (e.g., equities, fixed income, mutual funds), insurance, and wealth planning concepts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong client-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant financial licenses and certifications (e.g., Investment Consultant license) are highly desirable.
- Fluency in Thai and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
