Job Description
Job Summary:**
The WB Relationship Manager at UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored banking solutions to achieve business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Manage and grow a designated portfolio of corporate clients, focusing on cultivating strong, long-term relationships.
- Proactively identify client needs and cross-sell appropriate banking products and services, including loans, trade finance, cash management, and treasury solutions.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments of client businesses to ensure sound lending decisions.
- Prepare and present credit proposals, ensuring compliance with UOB's credit policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor client financial performance and market trends to anticipate potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with product specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive and integrated solutions to clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Ensure adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory guidelines.
Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management within corporate banking, preferably with a focus on large corporates or wholesale banking.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of corporate banking products and services (e.g., loans, trade finance, cash management, treasury).
- Excellent financial analysis, credit assessment, and risk management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
